Helpline – For general enquiries please call the number below; Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am – 11am. (Please note that during these times, if the phone transfers straight through to the answerphone message it means that we are talking to a patient) Messages can now be left, and calls will be returned within 48 hours.
Email – the IBD Nurse email – firstname.lastname@example.org will be checked on weekdays and responded to within 5 working days depending on clinical need, but PLEASE do not email if you have flare-like systems, use the helpline.
IBD Coordinator – email@example.com in regards to appointments, blood forms or general admin issues. Please note that this is not for any Clinical enquiries.

Prescriptions – We kindly ask that you contact your GP for repeat prescriptions unless this is for medications usually provided by the hospital.
If you require hospital medications from us, please ensure your request has been sent before Wednesday each week, as prescriptions will be prepared and signed on a Thursday and ready for collection from the hospital pharmacy on a Friday.
