Good Meeting on Tuesday 4!

It was really great to see around 35 people at our meeting on Tuesday. After an interesting update from Bev and talk from Dr Shepherd we were able to “mingle and chat”. (Thanks also to Jayne who was very busy with individual queries!) This is such an important part of the gathering and it was great to hear one or two “first timers” saying that they had got so much out of it. It really is good to talk and find out how others cope with IBD.
